Getting started
- Download Yusra from the App Store and open it.
- Create a profile for your child, add their name and age so we can personalize the bedtime.
- From the Today tab, tap tonight's ritual and press play. Set the phone down and let it run.
Subscription & free trial
- Yusra Premium starts with a 7-day free trial, then $59.99/year, covering your whole family.
- To manage or cancel: open the iOS Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Yusra → Cancel Subscription. You can also do this from within Yusra under Settings → My subscription.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
- Restore a purchase (new device or reinstall): Yusra → Settings → Restore purchases.
Troubleshooting
- Audio won't play: check your device isn't on silent, turn the volume up, and make sure you have a network connection for first-time downloads.
- Bedtime reminder didn't arrive: enable notifications for Yusra in iOS Settings → Notifications → Yusra, and confirm the reminder time in Yusra → Settings.
- A profile or favorite disappeared: Yusra stores data on your device, so deleting and reinstalling the app clears it. Reinstalling won't restore local data, but you can re-create profiles anytime.
- Premium not unlocking: tap Restore purchases in Settings, and ensure you're signed into the same Apple Account used for the purchase.
